No. 21/377) for; Reduction in bedroom numbers – From 25 no. to 23 no. on the ground floor; From 60 no. to 37 no. on the first floor; and From 60 no. to 37 no. on the second floor. Amendments to the layout of attic floor level, resulting in a change from 7 no. apartments to 17 no. bedrooms. A decrease in the ground floor footprint from 1,480 sqm to 1,077 sqm. Alterations to the proposal to omit the permitted basement Spa area (900 sqm) and removal of link to golf club building.
