The development will consist of demolition of existing warehouse block (approx. 831 sqm) and 3 no. water tanks to rear, modifications to existing production warehouse area comprising of roof height increase and change in roof profile. The proposed development also includes elevational changes to existing two storey office section to front comprising new steel cladding, new glazing configuration, new parapet walls of varying height and new brise-soleil shading units.
