For the redevelopment of an existing infill and brownfield site to provide for a mixed use development comprising of 22 no. residential units and 1 no. commercial unit. The development will consist of: - construction of 8 no. residential dwellings comprising of: 4 no. three bedroom 2 storey semi-detached units, 2 no. three bedroom 2 and a half storey terraced townhouse units and 2 no. two bedroom 2 storey terraced townhouse units. - Construction of a three storey mixed use block. The ground floor will consist of 1 no. commercial unit totaling 120 sqm, to cater for crèche/retail or café use; 1 no. 1 bedroom own door apartment and 5 no. 2 bedroom own door apartments. The first and second floors will consist of 2 no. two bed maisonettes and 6 no. three bed maisonettes. - Provision for public realm landscaping including shared public open space at ground floor level. - Provision for 12 no. surface carparking spaces, together with bin storage areas at ground floor level. - Basement of 742.5 square meters and a vehicular access ramp to cater for 27 no. car parking spaces, bicycle parking spaces and storage area. - New pedestrian and vehicular access from the Oranhill road with additional pedestrian connectivity to existing estate roads serving Oranhill Avenue and Oranview. - Connection to existing public mains water infrastructure, including connection to existing surface water and foul drainage networks, to serve the development, together with all associated site development works and services.
