For 1) construction of 2 x no. single storey extensions to the existing clubhouse, 2) construction of a running track, with 6m lighting columns, and outdoor fixed gym equipment stations around the perimeter of the existing playing fields, 3) construction of a new entrance, access road, flagpoles, and parking area off the L2118, local road to the East, 4) construction of an all-weather multi-use games area (MUGA) with a perimeter enclosure and 10m high lighting columns, 5) upgrading of the existing waste water treatment system, 6) erection of site signage, 7) timber perimeter fencing & signage around the lower level pitch and all associated services.
