For development consisting of the retention of works to Screebe Lodge, a Protected Structure under the Galway County Development Plan (item 690 of the Record of Protected Structures) as well as other works within the curtilage of Screebe Lodge. The works comprise the retention of the following (Identification letters from previous application register reference 15/213): (A) store (formerly stables) including alterations to structure (C) re-roofing of old cottage and change of use to store; (D) boat shed and store; (E) additional guest accommodation and leisure facilities building; (F) electrical services building; (G) works to Screebe Lodge incorporating re-roofing, re-plastering, alterations to window cills and construction of plinth; (H) administration and garage building; (I) boiler house; (K) solar panels; and (N) waste water treatment plants (2 no.). Permission is also sought for retention of works to the curtilage of Screebe Lodge including landscaping, infilling, walls, gates, alterations to roadways and footpaths and for all associated works and services. (Gross floor space of works to be retained: 863.2 sqm.)
