Consisting of a 25sqm, single storey extension of the Morning Room to the north east of the hotel, which will extend the c. 1990 portion of the hotel, adjacent to the original house, (c.1810), with direct access from both, to provide an additional seating area to the existing Morning Room; new parquet timber floor to the existing Morning Room; construction of an additional 24sqm external raised terrace to the east of the hotel. A Natura Impact Statement has been prepared. Ballynahinch Castle Hotel is a protected structure. Gross floor space of proposed works 25sqm. Gross floor space of work to be retained 5743sqm.
