Permission for development which consists of: Permission for a hotel extension of three storeys over basement level to the hotel permitted by Galway City Council Register Reference 23/60064 (Ref. ABP-319670-24) which is under construction at this site of the former Tonery's Pub, 144 Bohermore, Galway, together with adjoining properties at Nos. 150 and 152 Bohermore, Galway. The development will consist of a hotel extension which includes: 1.The partial demolition of the existing single-storey residential building at No. 150 Bohermore and its reconstruction and change of use to an open-plan office building ancillary to the hotel use; 2.Change of use of existing two-storey residential building at No. 152 Bohermore to office use and integration with No. 150 Bohermore, in support of hotel; 3.The construction of a hotel extension building to the rear of Nos. 150 and 152 Bohermore three storeys in height over basement level, accommodating 18 no. guest bedrooms; 4.The provision of associated hotel facilities, including stores rooms, staff welfare facilities, lift and stair core, and circulation areas; 5.The provision of a basement, first and second floor link connection between the proposed hotel extension and the adjoining hotel development permitted under Galway City Council Register Reference 23/60064 (Ref. ABP-319670-24), providing access to permitted hotel services, circulation areas and associated facilities; 6.The carrying out of all associated site development works, including public realm improvements, surface water management, including blue/green flat roof, water and wastewater infrastructure, landscaping, signage and all associated ancillary works
