Permission for development which consists of: I, Aran Grealish, intend to apply for planning permission to Galway City Council for development on a site located on An Seanbhóthar, Monument Road (L1006) in the townland of Menlough, Co. Galway. The proposed development will consist of the following: 1. Construction of a single storey, 4-bedroom dwelling house (c.181 sqm) on a site extending to approximately 0.56 hectares. 2. Provision of a tertiary wastewater treatment system with associated percolation area. 3. All associated site works and ancillary services necessary to facilitate the proposed development.
