Permission for development which consists of: permission is sought by Rockbarton Family Holdings Ltd. for redevelopment of the Rockbarton House Hotel site and the construction of 9 no. apartments at No.’s 5-7 Rockbarton Park, Salthill, Galway. The development will consist of: • Demolition of existing hotel building and associated structures to rear, • Construction of a 3-storey apartment block with 3 no. one bed apartments, 3 no. two bed apartments and 3 no. three bed apartments; • Construction of stand-alone single storey bin store and bike store building to the rear of the development, • Provision of public lighting, landscaping and paved areas, • Revisions to existing car parking to include for 1 no.
