Permission for development which consists of: We, Sub Fund 4 - Global Alternatives Platform ICAV, intend to apply for permission for development at this site: Cuirt na Coiribe, Headford Road, Galway H91 R766. The development will consist of a modification/change of use to permitted planning (Pl. Ref. 00/249). The proposed development relates to the scheme to reconfigure the internal layout and use of the student services building at the front of the site. It is proposed to change the use at basement level from storeroom to gym and fitness area, at ground floor to change the use from gym, launderette, reception area, to student study area, reception area, and at first floor level to change the use from care takers apartments to kitchen, social space area. In addition, works will involve internal modifications which will see the addition of an internal lift and modifications to the existing stairwell
