Permission for development which consists of: Galway Cable Landing Station Ltd. intends to apply for retention permission for development at a site of c. 0.14 ha at Galway Harbour Enterprise Park, New Docks, Galway for which permission for development, comprising two cable landing station cabins, two emergency generators, a welfare facility, and associated works, was issued on 9 July 2020 (GCC Reg. Ref. 2050) and amended on 23 March 2021 (GCC Reg. Ref. 20331). This application comprises retention of alterations to the permitted development including the relocation of the westernmost cable landing station cabin and its associated emergency generator, and alterations to the site landscaping, boundary treatments, and all associated works. The cable landing station cabin located on the site is 60 sq m and 3.9 m in height as per permission GCC Reg. Ref. 2050. The easternmost cable landing station cabin, associated emergency generator, welfare facility, access road, and parking spaces have been omitted from the development
