Permission for development which will consist of permission for alterations and extensions to existing two storey over partial garage/storage area at street level, four bedroom detached dwelling resulting in an increase in habitable floor area from 136.9 sqm to 209.8sqm while maintain 4 no. bedrooms and an increase in non-habitable (garage/storage area) floor area from 43.5 sqm to 48.5 sqm.
