E.O.D on PL. Ref. 13/237: Permission is sought for the construction of a 131m2 extension to the Endoscopy Department, which includes a first floor plant room. The proposed extension is located in the existing Theatre courtyard. Planning permission is also sought for the demolition of 91m2 Gate Lodge and attached 26m2 concrete yard, located adjacent the main entrance to the hospital and the erection of a standalone single storey 147m2 consultants clinic on the site of the existing Gate Lodge, comprising of 2 no. clinic suites, reception and waiting areas. The application includes works to the main entrance, realignment of the entrance boundary wall and internal roadways and pedestrian paths, site works, landscaping, ancillary and associated works.
