The proposed development will consist of the following: (1) Demolition of an existing house and associated outbuildings on the site; (2) Construction of 172 residential units comprising: "32 no. apartments in a four storey apartment complex ranging from 82.5 sqm to 84 sqm and 42 no. apartments in a three storey apartment complex ranging from 82.35 sqm to 89.0 sqm.
