The proposed development will consist of: A) Replacement of previously approved communal "Homestead" communal open space within Housing Cells N4_1 and N5_1 with private rear gardens serving 70 no. dwellings, with garden sizes ranging from c. 32 sq.m to over 110 sq.m. B) Minor associated layout amendments to permitted apartment buildings and house types. C) Reconfiguration of car parking, bin storage and bicycle storage, with no change to the provision of 50 no. car parking spaces. D) Administrative amendments to dwelling numbering (within permitted neighbourhoods 4 and 5). E) All associated and ancillary works.
