Proposal description

An MV electrical upgrade to serve the existing facility. The infrastructure associated with the upgrade will consist of the construction of a single storey flat roofed building formed with 415mm thick cavity block wall construction supported from strip foundations and in turn supporting an in situ concrete roof. The overall building shall measure 12.2m x 4.3m on plan x 3m high and shall be subdivided into: ESB MV room, Transformer room, Client low voltage Switch room. The Structure shall be located centrally on the site adjacent to the Existing Switch Room and shall be externally finished with external render in a neutral colour. The roof shall be weathered with a multi layered bitumen system. All associated works, including cabling and connections, will be contained within the site boundary.
