The proposed amendments would result in an increase in the number of permitted residential units from 251. no units to 257 no. units (additional 6 no. units) by replacing 85 no. permitted units, (comprising 57 no. three bed houses (House Types B/B1/C/C1, and D/D1/D2), 18 no. four bed houses (House Types F and G) and 10 no. five bed houses (House Type H)) with 91 no. dwellings of revised house types, including 7 no. three bed end of terrace houses (House Type E); 3 no. four bed detached houses (House Type 1); 1 no. four bed detached house (House Type J); 10 no. four bed semi-detached houses (House Type K); 30no. three bed semi-detached houses (House Type l); 26 no. three bed terraced houses (House Type M) and 14 no. two bed mid terrace houses (House Type N). The proposed development also includes associated modifications to the permitted site layout, including reconfiguration of the permitted road layout and minor amendments to the drainage layout and public open spaces (increase of 348 sq.m to Open Space 2), together with all associated site and development works.
