Construct a residential development of 136 no. units consisting of 42 no. 1 bed apartments, 89 no. 2 bed apartments and 5 no. 3 bed apartments within 2 no. 4 storey blocks and 1 no. 3 storey block and all site development works on a plot with a nett area of 1.43 hectares excluding Class 1 public open space on an overall site area of 7.84 hectares. The overall site has the benefit of permission Reg. Ref. F04A/1127, and this current application is being submitted in response to Condition No. 18 of that permission relating to Cell 2 and 3 of the original application. The site is bounded to the north by the M50 motorway, to the south by Mayestown Downs, to the east by Silogue Lane and to the west by public open space. Access to the development will be provided from St. Margaret's Road through the existing Mayeston Hall development.
