Robur Developments are looking to get a section 5 declaration and exempted development from DLRCC for an extension of approx 111sqm that has been in place since at least the 1980's. The HSE who took over the Eastern Health Board cant provide a declaration of a pre 1963 building or certificate of building compliance which we require.
