Proposal description

The unauthorized works comprise of two fences within the proposed National Heritage Area that materially (just under 1 Meter and 3 Meters respectively) exceed the the size of fencing previously permitted by the Council in the Spring of 2026. As well as the quantum of fencing the orientation of the fencing has a serious detrimental affect on public access to a previously open space and has a serious and discordant visual impact in an otherwise natural area of the County.
