Proposal description

Removal of asbestos slates and replacement with natural slate. Upgrade of land drain detail at house perimeter (see attached drawings). Upgrade of PVC rain goods to appropriately profiled cast iron. Re-render of failed render where necessary with lime render on elevations and chimneys. Repair of lead dpcs to parapets to northern perimeter wall and entrance porch.
