Proposal description

The development will consist of: [1] Removal of glass box element of Building 12 containing café/ restaurant unit and associated covered corridor at Level 1 and part of restaurant / bar at Level 1M. The floorspace of these demolitions is 335.9sqm. [2] Alterations to the internal layout of the existing retail unit (Unit CSC G-2/CSC 1-2/ CSC 1M-2) to form a retail unit with a gross floorarea of 2455.6sqm extending over 3 levels (Level G/1/1M) and which involves amalgamation and change of use of retained floorspace at Level 1M from restaurant/ bar to retail (255.5sqm). [3] External works comprising a new glazed shopfronts with associated new signage zones on Level 1 (upper street level). [4] Permission is also sought for all ancillary site and development works associated with the above including tenant signage, hard and soft landscaping of external public realm area on the upper street level.
