The proposed dwellings are between 2 - 3 storey buildings, ranging in height from 9 metres to 11.5 metres. (iii)Provision of 33 surface car parking spaces,including visitor,accessible & EV charging spaces, 6 no. visitor bicycle parking spaces and 1 no. motorcycle space located around the site.
