Alterations to the development approved under Reg. Ref. D26A/0230/WEB including: (i) demolition of existing 39.2sq.m single-storey shed within the curtilage of No. 2 Hainault Park and removal of western boundary wall of No. 4 Hainault Park (new party/boundary wall previously approved under Reg. Ref. D26A/0230/WEB); (ii) alterations to existing vehicular entrance to No. 4 Hainault Park to now provide a pedestrian entrance to No. 4 Hainault Park; (iii) retention and repurposing of the existing vehicular entrance to No. 2 Hainault Park, which was previously permitted to be removed, to now serve No. 4 Hainault Park via Hainault Park; (iv) removal of existing single storey extension (7.1sq.m) to the side/west of No. 4 Hainault Park and replacement with new single-storey double-height extension (23.9sq.m); (v)enlargement of 2 no. windows on the front/rear elevation of No. 4 Hainault Park; and, (vi) all associated site works and landscaping necessary to facilitate the development.
