Proposal description

Permission for development on a site of approx. 0.1 ha.The site is generally bounded by ,D18H9V2 to the south. The development will consist of: (i) The removal of the boundary wall fronting Brennanstown Road and timber fence at the boundary with ‘The Bungalow’;(ii) The construction of 4 no. four-bedroom plus study, three-storey semi-detached houses (GFA approx. 175 sqm, 181 sqm, 188 sqm, and 195 sqm), each with associated private open space to the rear accessible via a side passage; (iii) The construction of a new boundary wall and 2 no. new vehicular access points off Brennanstown Road; (iv) A total of 4 no. EV charging car parking spaces (1 no. space to the front of each house); v) The provision of a new footpath along Brennanstown Road linking to the existing footpath at Carraig Glen and a new pedestrian crossing across Brennanstown Road at the northern section of the site; The development will also provide for all associated site service connections, attenuation systems, SuDs features, hard and soft landscaping, boundary treatments and all associated site clearance, excavation and development works above and below ground.
