The development consists of the retention of an following: (i) Omission of railings to perimeter of central green; (ii) Omission of 4no. x pedestrian gates to the central green; (iii) Omission of hedge to perimeter of the central green; (iv) Omission of pedestrian crossing to the road on the southern side of the central green; (v) Addition of a low metal fence to centre/side of new hedge boundaries to rear gardens of Thornhill House & Houses 60 - 64 (inclusive); (vi) Provision of a pedestrian gate to the rendered blockwork wall to the southern boundary of the rear garden of House 64; (vii) Relocation of water feature from side boundary wall of House No. 64 to inner face of wall to communal courtyard serving Houses 60 to 64.
