Planning application WEBPWSDZ1365/26

Pembroke Beach DAC intends to apply for planning permission for development comprising modifications to a permitted mixed-use development located at this site of c. 0.29 ha in the Poolbeg West Strategic Development Zone (SDZ) Planning Scheme (April 2019). The wider site also includes the lands known as the Former Irish Glass Bottle & Fabrizia Sites, Poolbeg West, Dublin 4. The modifications relate to plans permitted under the ‘Phase 1’ (Blocks K, M, and O) (Planning Ref. PWSDZ3207/21, as amended through inter alia Planning Ref. PWSDZ4276/23, PWSDZ3461/24, PWSDZ3468/24, WEBPWSDZ2252/24, WEBPWSDZ2247/24, and WEBPWSDZ5564/25). The proposed modifications consist of: • The omission of the Multi-Modal Transport Hub, and its ancillary and associated development; and • Omission of Condition 24(m).
