KWCI GP Limited acting in its capacity as general partner of KWCI Limited Partnership intends to apply for Permission for development at this site, at Building 2, City Block 3, Coopers Cross at Sheriff Street Upper, Castleforbes Road and Mayor Street Upper, North Lotts, Dublin 1. And otherwise generally bounded by Mayor Street Upper to the south, Coopers Cross residential scheme to the west, existing Northbank House and Alexandra Terrace to the north and Castleforbes Road to the east. The proposed development comprises the change of use of an existing lower ground floor level unit in Building 2 (c.783 sqm) from Office use to Exhibition use, together with associated internal alterations and the provision of a new public entrance door at lower ground floor level and all associated site and development works.
