The application relates to a proposed development within a Strategic Development Zone Planning Scheme area. The development will consist of:- Signage extending to a total area of 6.5 sqm located on glazing above and adjacent to the main entrance door at the northern elevation of Building B at ground floor level fronting Ringsend Road. The sign will identify Boland’s Mills.- Signage extending to a total area of 6 sqm located on glazing at the eastern elevation of Building F (the ‘Factory’ Building) at ground floor level fronting JP Boland’s Lane. The sign will identify The Factory Building.
