The proposed residential development will consist of the construction of a 5-storey apartment block comprising 27 no. apartments (13 no. 1-bed units and 14 no. 2-bed units) with balconies to all elevations; store room, bin store, bike store (comprising a total of 58 spaces) at ground level; plant room at first floor level; and communal open space in the form of roof terraces at fourth floor level and roof levels; along with all associated site development and infrastructural works necessary to facilitate the proposed development.
