Ref. no. 3281/20 as follows: (1) Minor alterations to ‘new build’ elevations including resizing and adjusting position of some windows and doors, (2) alterations to the shop fronts of No.s 3-6 Parnell street and No.s 58-59 Capel street; note there are no alterations to the upper storey facades of No.3 Parnell or No.s 58-59 Capel street; (3), all associated site works necessary to facilitate the development.
