No. 2127). This application relates to amendments to the development permitted under Reg. Ref.: WEB5372/25. The proposed development sought for retention permission consists of alterations to previously permitted roof ventilation works including the replacement of permitted flush roof vents with dormer-type roof structure to accommodate the vents, together with associated roof access measures, safety railings and edge protection works.
