Construction of an open-air padel court (200 sq. m) at lower ground floor level within the existing car park, comprising a rubberised court surface and a court enclosure of clear glass end walls (4 m high) and welded mesh side walls (3 m high); floodlighting mounted on the court enclosure, the omission of 13 existing car parking spaces (reducing on-site parking provision from 70 to 57 spaces); and all associated site and development works. The padel court will provide a recreational amenity ancillary to the existing office building.
