6. The following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division shall be complied with: a. Prior to commencement of development along Jamestown Road, the applicant shall submit revised plans and particulars to the Environment and Transportation Department for written agreement, demonstrating how the development hereby approved safely integrates with and does not prejudice the delivery of the Dublin City Council projects along Jamestown Road. The proposed changes and agreements within this condition shall be completed prior to commencement of the extension hereby approved.
