Proposal description

The development will consist of (i) the demolition of the existing garden shed and the previous extension, the removal of the existing chimney to the rear of the property, and the construction of a new single-storey rear extension to the existing house, together with all associated site and landscaping works; (ii) an attic conversion to provide a habitable room and an en-suite bathroom at second-floor level within the terraced house.
