The development will consist of the demolition of existing rear extensions and the construction of a new flat roof rear extension, the conversion of the existing garage to habitable space, and the raising of the ceiling to create a new flat roof over the garage to match the existing dwelling ceiling height, together with a new raised parapet to the front elevation and the conversion of the existing garage door opening to a window with brickwork surround to match the existing dwelling. The development will also include internal alterations creating a new office, utility and kitchen/dining room, landscaping, alterations to existing side window at he first floor landing and all ancillary site works and drainage works as required.
