The development consists of; Proposed amendments to the granted permission Reg Ref. 3266/21 which has commenced onsite to a point, save for the changes sought by this new application. This new application consists of (i) The construction of an urban infill apartment scheme comprising of 3 no. two-storey, flat/green roofed blocks, containing 5 no. one-bedroom units and 1 no. two-bedroom unit.
