We, HPREF Ireland (Georges Quay and Court) DAC, intend to apply for planning permission for development at George’s Court, 54–62 Townsend Street, Dublin 2. The application site is bound by Townsend Street to the south, Prince’s Street South to the east and Gloucester Street South to the north.
