RETENTION: Retention planning permission is sought for demolition of existing extension. Demolition of rear and side wall of return and the extension of the existing ground and first floor return. The development differs from the previously permitted development in that the extension has been constructed at a reduced scale and massing, with a flat roof and parapet detail replacing the pitched roof previously approved. The development is confined to the rear of the property and does not result in any additional overlooking or overshadowing beyond that previously permitted.
