PROTECTED STRUCTURE: PERMISSION & RETENTION: The development will consist of: 1. Retention permission for the insertion of new timber floor joists and plywood sheeting to upper floors. 2. Permission for ; (i) Proposed refurbishment of existing dwelling into a 4 bedroom, 4 ensuite dwelling with living room and kitchen dining area. (ii) Insertion of 2 no. new conservation roof-lights and 2 no. PV panels onto the roof. (Roof repairs will be carried out under Section 5 Declaration Ref: 0298/24). (iii) Restoration of façade to Parnell Square to include: a) repair and repointing of brickwork to wigged finish, b) restoration of existing sash windows and insertion of blind sash window to ground floor to match existing, c) replacement of front door with historically accurate timber door. (iv) Refurbishment of façade to Parnell Street to include a) repair of cracks and broken cills. b) replacement of non original windows with new casement windows. (v) Internal refurbishment including conservation of original features of historic importance. (vi) All associated site works.
