Reference No. 7548) and at the connected new office building to the rear (south) of the Protected Structure. The application relates to development within the North Lotts and Grand Canal Dock Strategic Development Zone. The development will consist of the change of use of the previously permitted café/restaurant to office floorspace and associated alterations at ground floor level (c. 203 sq m).
