The proposed development comprises the following: i). Demolition of existing derelict structures comprising 1 no. two-storey and 2 no. single storey former industrial units and removal of existing boundary walls on site (c.288 sq.m). ii). Construction of a 9 no. storey mixed use development comprising 40 no. 1 bed apartment units ranging in size from c. 50.3 sq.m - 53 sq.m at 1 st to 8 th floor level and a community hub (including WC, Kitchenette and office) c. 115 sq.m at ground floor level. iii).
