The development will consist of: a) Demolition of existing buildings on site, with the exception of house number 152, which is a protected structure RPS. Ref. 8899, b) Construction of a residential development (c. 1,665 sq. m), 3 and 4 storey in height, containing a total of 22 apartments comprising 13 one bedroom units and 9 two bedroom units. c) Alterations, refurbishment works and a change of use from commercial retail to residential use are proposed for no. 152, two of the 22 units will be in No. 152, d) Bicycle store for 70 cycle spaces, bin store, substation and plant rooms at ground floor, e) Communal garden at ground floor level and communal terrace at third floor level, f) All ancillary site development works, green roofs, boundary treatment works (including reduction in height of existing wall to rear) and services.
