Relocation of 1no. disable parking space from surface parking to basement parking for compliance with conditions of disability access certificate (BCMS Reference : DAC2105168DC) and as a result relocation of 2no. parking spaces from the basement to the surface parking in proximity of the main entrance. Reduction in overall parking provision from 62no. as per granted planning permission 3705/19 to 54no. as proposed.
