Planing Permission & Retention: The developments consists of (a) the demolition of a chimney stack at rear, demolition of part ground floor and first floor areas of house and an external store/shed, (b) the construction of an extension at rear and side of house. This extension will be partly single storey and partly two storeys, (c) to convert attic space and alter roof for use as ancillary domestic accommodation and storage areas with two velux rooflights at rear (south elevation).
