The Developer shall comply with the following Conservation requirements of the Planning Authority: k) The following items should be submitted for the written approval of the planning authority in advance of the works commencing: x. The excessive number of Type B LED surface mounted lights proposed particularly in the staircases and entrance halls shall be reconsidered and reduced to reduce the impact on the architectural character of the Protected Structures both in Nos. 5 & 6 as well as Nos. 7 & 8 which are more sensitive and retain more of their historic fabric. The placement of wall sockets shall be carefully considered.
