The site is located on the M50 Motorway between the Dublin Port Tunnel and the Tunnel Toll Plaza and access is via an existing entrance on the M50 Motorway. The development will consist of construction of a 465m2 single storey vehicle storage building, levelling of the site, construction of road pavement and boundary retaining walls, widening of the existing vehicular entrance from the M50, installation of an electronically operated entrance gate and ancillary site works including lighting and attenuation storage.
