Diageo Ireland intend to apply for planning permission (temporary for 5 years) for development withing the existing Diageo brewery production facility at St. James's Gate, toward the northern boundary of the site facing Victoria Quay and the River Liffey, Dublin 8. The development will comprise a temporary storage warehouse (marquee) (675sq.m) and all associated works; all on a site of c.0.0909ha. The proposed development is located within a site which has an approved IE (Industrial Emissions) Licence (Ref No. P0301-04).
