Planning permission for alterations to the previously approved elevations to include, the reduction in number and shape to first floor windows and replacement of south east windows at ground floor level to fire escape doors. Creation of a new roof terrace area to the south east of the structure at second floor level to match that conditioned under planning register reference 3486/17 to the north west of the structure along with new 1800mm high opaque privacy screening throughout.
