SHEC: The change of use of the existing building from office to 13 no. residential apartments to include: (1) Part demolition of internal walls / internal alterations to the existing building and construction works associated with the subdivision of the building to form 13 no. apartments (8 no. 1 bed, 3 no. 2 bed and 2 no. 3 bed apartments) and associated circulation and storage areas (2) Alteration and extension of the existing roof (1.8 m increase in ridge height) to form additional living space at 2nd floor level including 3 no. external terraces (3) Minor alterations to external window / door openings (4) New external / internal platform lifts and new lift to provide wheelchair access to all apartments (5) Construction of a new designated bin / cycle store (6) all other associated works including resurfacing of access road, footpaths, car parking, landscaping and boundary treatments.
